Funding Methods

Define how funds will be sent to the QEX Server.

Method	Description
BLOCKCHAIN_TRANSFER	On chain transaction to a specified wallet.
BLOCKCHAIN_DELEGATED_BROADCAST	Pass the raw signed transaction to the QEX Server, and allow it to broadcast it
CARD_PAYMENT	Fund transactions using credit and debit cards.
